1. contracting manager
are you a skilled negotiator with strong connections across spain’s tourism industry?
key requirements: • minimum 10 years of experience in tourism contracting, dmc, or hospitality procurement • strong network of hotels, transport providers, restaurants, guides, and attractions across spain • excellent negotiation and communication skills • fluent in english and spanish
2. operations manager
lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional inbound tourism services throughout spain.
key requirements: • minimum 10 years of experience in inbound tourism operations • extensive knowledge of spain as a destination • proven leadership and team management skills • experience handling groups, fits, mice, and leisure travel
3. senior operations executive
support daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery for international travelers.
key requirements: • minimum 6 years of experience in inbound tourism operations • strong organizational and problem-solving skills • excellent supplier coordination abilities • fluent in english and spanish
4. product manager
create, cost, and develop innovative travel experiences across spain.
key requirements: • minimum 10 years of experience in tourism product development and costing • deep destination knowledge of spain • strong analytical and pricing skills • creativity in itinerary design and product development
5. quality control manager
ensure exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction throughout spain.
key requirements: • minimum 10 years of experience in inbound tourism operations or quality assurance • strong understanding of ground handling and supplier management • excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills • willingness to travel extensively within spain
general requirements
• excellent english and spanish (written and spoken) • additional languages are an advantage • strong communication and organizational skills • proficiency in microsoft office applications • right to work in spain
