peoplehub international mobility s.l is growing, and we're looking for a motivated recruiter to join our international team in jávea (costa blanca), spain.

your responsibilities
source and recruit candidates across spain and portugal for employment opportunities in the netherlands.
screen cvs and conduct phone and video interviews.
guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
manage candidate administration and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
build strong relationships with candidates and provide an outstanding recruitment experience.
work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment strategies.
what we're looking for
essential requirements:
fluent portuguese and english (both are mandatory).
good command of spanish.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
a proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
nice to have:
previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or hr.
experience working in an international environment.
