Position: account manager

location: on-site in benalmadena, spain

employment type: full-time

remuneration: base salary + performance bonus.



duties and responsibilities:

be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise
serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies
drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfill small and medium sized businesses needs of our client's leading cloud technologies
maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with solution specialists and partner connection managers
collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: “voice of customer.”


requirements:

intermediate or fluent english (verbal and written), c1 or native flemish (verbal and written) levels of languages
1-2 years of it sales experience with a proven track record of success
experience working with or selling azure, office 365, dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage
microsoft fundamentals certification on azure/modern workplace/bizapps would be an advantage
strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills
achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration
experience using microsoft office suite applications, windows os, and client relationship management (crm) system(s) such as dynamics 365, salesforce, etc
passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
